Check Health is a medtech company (organization). Launched its first product Diagnox in 2015 - a mobile app to connect patients to medical labs and hospitals. In its second iteration, which is under active development, Diagnox will enable doctors (physicians) to order lab tests for their patients. Diagnox will organize the sample collection through the partnering labs and enable delivery of the reports to patients, right into their hands.
Diagnox will support continuity of medical care by enabling storage of the reports in the long term with emphasis on visual representation of the medical data.
